Our corner unit with a wrap around balcony, lounge chairs and bar table  provides views in both directions. See over 20 miles west down the beach. To the east you can see the intercoastal waterway, the jetties, Shell Island, St. Andrews State Park and the Grand Lagoon. Move around the side and you can see all of Grand Lagoon, Captain Andersons, and even the Hathaway Bridge. Beach chairs provided with your rentals or enjoy the beautiful large pool area. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 20 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 20 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
